Job Overview We are currently seeking Tennis Instructors to teach at an upscale university's fitness center located in Conduct private and semi-private tennis lessons for members of all skill levels. Develop lesson plans tailored to each participant's goals and ability level. Foster a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled lessons. Communicate professionally with members and Shad Hall staff regarding scheduling and participant needs. Maintain tennis equipment and report any facility or equipment concerns. Promote member engagement and encourage continued participation in tennis programming. Represent Shad Hall Fitness Center in a professional manner at all times. Teach proper tennis techniques, footwork, strategy, and court etiquette. Foster a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled lessons. Communicate professionally with members and Shad Hall staff regarding scheduling and participant needs. Maintain tennis equipment and report any facility or equipment concerns. Promote member engagement and encourage continued participation in tennis programming. Represent Shad Hall Fitness Center in a professional manner at all times. Requirements Previous experience teaching tennis lessons. Current nationally recognized tennis certification and current CPR/AED certification. Strong knowledge of tennis fundamentals and instructional techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage scheduled lessons.
