About the Role This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing cases from start to finish. You'll take ownership of an active caseload, work closely with paralegals and other attorneys, and play a key role in preparing cases for trial. Key Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation. Handle discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation. Draft and review pleadings, discovery responses, and legal documents. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members. Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure deadlines and case objectives are met. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Georgia. 4+ years of experience handling personal injury litigation. Strong understanding of civil procedure, discovery, and trial preparation.
