Join our Team As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in keeping our high-speed production and packaging equipment running smoothly. Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC-controlled equipment. Collaborate for Success: Partner with production teams during equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments to minimize downtime. Embrace Continuous Improvement: Participate in Kaizen events, support root cause failure analyses (RCFA), and contribute to a culture of operational excellence. Requirements 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food production preferred) Proficiency in English both in written and oral communication Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC-controlled equipment.
