- Performs all operations in the manufacture of standard separators, receivers, heat exchangers to required specifications and budgets.
- Installs tubes in heat exchangers
- Calculates tube reduction and executes tube rolling
- Prepares water boxes and attaches to heat exchangers
- Executes ASME testing per drawing instruction and special specifications
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Performs all operations in the manufacture of standard compressor packages to required specifications and budgets.
- Performs all mechanical assembly in the manufacture of compressor packages not welding related.
- Performs all testing required per drawing instruction and special specifications
- Performs all operations necessary to prepare and paint standard product.
- Assembles control panels
- Mounts control panel and install the wire harness
- Performs control panel check out
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Performs all operations to required specifications and budgets.
- Performs required programming
- Loads raw materials
- Unloads cut parts, deburr as necessary
- Performs routine daily maintenance
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required; Certified Vocational Degrees Preferred
- Minimum Experience: Vocation Training or Less than 2 related assembly experience
- Basic math skills.
- Comprehension of safety rules.
- Sit, stand, reach, walk for periods of time on concrete surface. Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs.
- Sufficient hand, arm and finger dexterity to operate tools and or machinery
