Responsibilities Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence. Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store. Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests. Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Contribute to a fun and competitive environment and connect our products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.19. Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non‑sales positions are eligible for a bonus.
