About the Role:

Countryside Cutters LLC is looking for a hardworking and reliable Groundsman to join our growing team in Fawn Grove, PA! This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, keep properties looking their best, and build a rewarding career in the landscaping and grounds maintenance industry.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing

Assist with landscape installation, mulching, and planting

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers

Load and unload equipment, materials, and supplies from company vehicles

Keep job sites clean, safe, and presentable throughout the workday

Follow crew leader instructions and complete tasks efficiently and on schedule

Assist with seasonal cleanup, leaf removal, and other grounds care services

Requirements:

Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor preferred

Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment safely

Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Valid driver's license is a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
