Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installs, configures, and maintains network infrastructure.
• Monitors network performance and ensures system availability.
• Troubleshoots network issues and implements solutions.
• Maintains network security and access controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot network performance
• Understanding of network security principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain and develop documentation
• Attention to detail
• Communication skills

Minimum/General Experience:

• 4 years to 6 years of related experience

Minimum Education:

• BS/BA Degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent)
