We're looking for a motivated early-career professional to join our team as a Field Sales Associate, supporting YMCA, Campus Recreation, and Health Club accounts across a large, multi-state Midwest territory. You'll partner closely with an experienced seller and gain hands-on experience in territory management, customer engagement, and consultative selling.

This is a remote, field-based role, with an expectation of being on the road and in front of customers 3+ days per week.

As our Field Sales Associate, you will:

• Support sales efforts across YMCA, Campus Rec, and Health Club customers
• Travel regularly across a multi-state territory to build relationships and support customers (3+ days/week in the field)
• Learn to position fitness solutions to both institutional and commercial buyers
• Assist in tailoring communication to non-fitness decision-makers and multiple stakeholders
• Navigate longer sales cycles tied to budgets and funding timelines
• Participate in facility planning discussions and stay current on wellness trends
• Build your presence in the market through networking and relationship-building

What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Field Sales Associate:

• 1-2 years in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
• Interest in fitness, wellness, or community-based organizations
• Comfort with frequent travel and managing a large geographic territory
• Based in the Central Midwest region (e.g., Omaha, Des Moines, greater Kansas City areas)
