Senior Associate Attorney

Fifty Three Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Attorney to join its growing team. The firm has built a strong reputation for aggressive advocacy, successful case outcomes, and exceptional client service. Headquartered in Freehold, New Jersey, with additional offices throughout Central New Jersey and the New York City metro area, the firm handles a sophisticated and active caseload across Plaintiff Personal Injury and Criminal Defense. This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator to join an established practice with the resources, support, and case volume to continue building their career. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant litigation experience and be comfortable independently managing matters from intake through resolution, including negotiations, hearings, mediations, and trial when necessary. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and in good standing. New York admission is a strong plus. Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
