What You'll Expect As a Facilities/EVS Attendant, you'll keep the property clean, safe, and in top condition. You'll handle daily cleaning, sanitizing, and basic maintenance tasks to ensure a comfortable, welcoming environment for guests and team members. What You'll Do
- Remove trash and recycling, operate compactors, and restock cleaning supplies
- Clean and sanitize all areas (front-of-house, back-of-house, gaming areas, restrooms, elevators, stairwells)
- Dust, mop, vacuum, scrub, wax, and polish floors, furniture, and fixtures
- Handle and store chemicals according to safety guidelines (OSHA standards)
- Notify management of needed repairs and assist with minor fixes
- Maintain cleanliness of gaming machines, tables, and chairs
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming supplies
- Provide observation and reporting for safety purposes
- Deliver exceptional guest service while performing duties
- Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
- Commitment to teamwork, accountability, and exceptional guest service
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform prolonged physical activity
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Position may be exposed to secondhand smoke, chemicals, dust, noise, and weather
