Program Control Analyst II (Hybrid)

Project finance is a well-rounded role that introduces an employee to the various facets of BAE Systems finance. This role specifically supports the C1 LRASM program within the Small Form Factor (SFFS) Product Line in the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Business Area. This role offers experience in a growing area with engaging programs. We are looking for an individual excited by the prospect to grow their Financial Analyst skills by supporting a multi-faceted program that drives key financial performance for the business in a fast-paced environment. This role will be conducted in a Hybrid work format, with the individual splitting their time between our offices at the specified site, and remotely. Our preference for this role, is that the individual reside within a comfortable daily commute of our BAE Systems sites either in Nashua, NH or Totowa, NJ.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsBachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / equivalent experience; 2+ years of professional work experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsDemonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable mannerStrong interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional work teamsAbility to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environmentAbility to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures.Preferred Education, Experience, & SkillsExperience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and CobraExperience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environmentExperience in program finance and/or other finance functional disciplinesUnderstanding and knowledge industry practices and standards as well as company policiesCurrently holding a Secret clearance is preferred, but not requiredPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $64130 - $109010 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
