Territory Representative - Sales Support

Location: Remote (Must reside in Colorado)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM MST

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Territory Representative to join a collaborative sales support team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, managing orders, and supporting sales operations from start to finish.This position begins as a support role, providing administrative assistance to Territory Representatives while learning the business, systems, and processes. As you become established in the role, you will take ownership of a designated territory and work directly with clients, sales representatives, and internal partners to ensure seamless order management and exceptional customer service.

• Support sales representatives with order placement, management, tracking, and shipment coordination.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate order information throughout the order lifecycle.
• Process orders, returns, modifications, credit memos, and debit memos.
• Receive and respond to incoming calls from clients, procurement teams, and sales representatives.
• Maintain territory order books and reporting in Microsoft Excel.
• Generate and communicate weekly and monthly order status reports to sales teams.
• Partner with internal financial services teams to resolve order holds and facilitate order releases.
• Coordinate with distribution and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Monitor orders from start to finish, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

• 1-2+ years of experience in a sales support, customer service, account management, or client-facing operations role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience managing orders, account information, or administrative sales processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience using Excel macros or the ability to work with existing macros preferred.
• Previous experience supporting sales teams, wholesale operations, or customer accounts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broomfield, CO.

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
