Provides assistance in making healthy dietary choices and following pre-established orders by medical professionals. May provide assistance with eatingMay provide direct personal support with bathroom responsibilities such as but not limited to: shaving, brushing teeth, bathing/showering, using the bathroom and dressing.Accurately documents service provision in a timely manner according to Arc Wayne policy and procedures and OPWDD and Medicaid standardsAdministers and charts medications accurately and in accordance with medication administration guidelines and individual care plan.
