Financial Analyst

Senior Finance Analyst – Skunk Works (Level 3) Location: Palmdale, CA. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college, or 5 years experience in the absence of a bachelor’s degree Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and their application Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products with emphasis on Excel Financial analysis experience Ability to work onsite full time Must be a U.S. Citizen and obtain a DoD Secret clearance What You Will Be Doing This position will be responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of ADP Program Finance activities. The role supports a multitude of program finance functions, including independently establishing and managing Performance Measurement Baselines, analyzing and reconciling actual costs, developing Estimate at Completion (EAC), conducting Earned Value analysis and determining appropriate techniques, and performing variance analysis using enterprise toolsets. The analyst will also conduct multiple financial cost analyses, such as cost allocation and cost control, prepare reports and contractual deliverables, assist in developing corrective action plans, and prepare analysis for presentation to various leadership levels. Desired Skills Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Familiarity with SAP and other enterprise systems Experience with Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR) Experience developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion Advanced data analysis using self‑developed queries Familiarity with cost systems similar to Deltek Cobra Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with senior leadership and program finance personnel across multiple sites Excellent written and oral communication for concise management reporting Experience with formal CPR/IPMR reporting Leadership and mentorship of less senior analysts Experience in diverse multidisciplinary teams DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance Additional benefits are offered by Lockheed Martin, including flexible work schedules and comprehensive benefits packages. #J-18808-Ljbffr
