BoostMobile.com requires ongoing optimization of its visual design and high-converting layouts across key digital touchpoints to elevate brand experience and performance. The role addresses the challenge of translating complex marketing briefs and ecommerce goals into polished, high-performing web experiences within a competitive direct-to-consumer landscape. Cross-functional alignment across ecommerce, marketing, web operations, and product design teams ensures visual consistency while driving measurable engagement and conversion improvements. Additionally, integrating real-time analytics and generative AI tools helps solve workflow bottlenecks and continuously refines page presentation.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

• Design and deliver compelling landing pages for device launches, seasonal promotions, and campaigns that drive measurable conversion improvements
• Own the visual refresh and continuous optimization of high-traffic pages including the homepage, deals page, and OEM brand pages
• Translate marketing briefs, wireframes, and stakeholder feedback into production-ready designs using Figma while leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement responsive, accessible, and performant designs within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Monitor page performance metrics and leverage analytics to advocate for data-informed layout decisions that maximize engagement
• Maintain and evolve the BoostMobile.com design system and component library to ensure brand alignment across all digital touchpoints

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):

• Expert-level Figma capabilities including component-based design systems, auto-layout, prototyping, and developer handoff processes
• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or enterprise CMS platforms for direct page content authoring and updating
• AI Literacy and application skills to leverage AI-powered design and image generation tools for creative exploration at scale
• Strong visual design expertise in typography, color, spacing, and layout hierarchy balanced with conversion rate optimization goals
• Fundamental knowledge of HTML and CSS to effectively collaborate with developers and troubleshoot front-end rendering issues
• Collaborative communication capabilities to translate cross-functional business requirements into performant visual solutions

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum Experience: 3+ years of hands-on web design experience within ecommerce or direct-to-consumer digital environments
• Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• HTML/CSS fundamentals

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
