CATERING ATTENDANT (ON CALL)

Job Summary Position: Catering Attendant (on call) at Bon Appétit Management Company – Target Headquarters, 1000 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55403. We are hiring immediately for on call Catering Attendant positions. The role involves delivering and serving food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain and ensuring accurate execution of events. Schedule & Pay On call; Monday through Friday. Hours may vary according to event schedule. Pay Range: $20.50 to $21.00 per hour. Location Target Headquarters – 1000 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55403. Note: online applications accepted only. Qualifications Previous serving or catering experience is required. Valid driver’s license may be required; must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit where required by state law. Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Responsibilities Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations. Log and maintain food temperatures. Arrange tables, decorations, and buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standards. Serve food and beverages to guests. Thoroughly clean location after event is completed. Return food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to the catering facility. Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions. Stock, clean, and maintain catering facility and equipment. Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.
