Do you like working with your hands? Are you the kind of person who notices the smallest imperfections—and fixes them? Can you read a blueprint and translate it into a flawless metal finish? If you answered yes, you might be the teammate we’re looking for.

• Turn rough metal parts into precise, production-ready components using grinding and deburring methods.
• Validate quality every step of the way by inspecting parts for accuracy and finish.
• Own your space—keep it clean, organized, and safe for you and your team.
• Contribute to team throughput by communicating progress and aligning to deadlines.
• Complete routine upkeep to keep equipment performing reliably.
• Follow all plant safety rules and best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background in grinding, deburring, or similar manufacturing roles is a plus.
• An eye for detail and comfort following exact work instructions.
• Ability to operate independently and collaborate within a production team.
• Good communication habits and a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and processes.
