Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and improve manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role supports production by minimizing downtime, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Install, replace, and maintain motors, sensors, drives, and control components. Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs. Perform welding and fabrication as needed. Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain repair and maintenance records. Assist with general facility and building maintenance projects as needed. Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and Lockout/Tagout procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years of industrial maintenance or electro-mechanical experience preferred. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Preferred Technical school, vocational training, or related certification. Manufacturing experience. PLC troubleshooting experience. Welding and fabrication skills. Textile, carpet, rug, or weaving industry experience. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work around manufacturing equipment. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform repairs safely.
