Order Picker / Forklift Operator - Moreno Valley
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Order Picker / Forklift Operator to work with Deckers Brands in Moreno Valley. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of a fast-paced distribution environment, focusing on the safe operation of reach forklifts to manage inventory accurately.
Shift Patterns
- 2nd shift Weekend only Saturday and Sunday, 4:00 pm - 2:30 am
Pay Rates
- 23.00 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Order Picker / Forklift Operator
- Experience operating a forklift and possess valid certification.
Desirable requirements for Order Picker / Forklift Operator
- Previous reach forklift experience.
- Comfortable operating equipment at elevated heights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Role for Order Picker / Forklift Operator
- Operate reach forklift equipment safely and efficiently to move, pick, stage, and store inventory.
- Inspect products and loads for accuracy and damage while using RF scanners or warehouse systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all warehouse safety procedures.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals consistently.
Location: Moreno Valley. This position is based in a dynamic distribution center environment.
