Engagement Manager, gTech Ads

Act as a trusted technical and product advisor to Google’s top Ads clients' leadership, understand how technology and media solutions address their business challenges and architect account plans to deliver return-on-investment.Develop product-anchored client growth plans that promote product adoption in an AI-led ads ecosystem, navigating technical complexity and media commerciality while building trusted relationships.Design curated account and service plans (such as Platinum Services Plans) by aligning solutions and resources to client focus areas and scoping projects across technical, product integration, and media services.Orchestrate the delivery of services and solutions in collaboration with regional execution teams, manage client-facing engagements and proactively address customer escalations.Drive strategic planning and resource prioritization, conducting regular progress debriefs with clients and sales partners to gather business insights and optimize execution.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role.Preferred qualifications:Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.10 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.5 years of experience in a technical leadership role with/without direct reports.As an Engagement Manager, you will be key to creating an excellent end-to-end experience for Google’s top Ads clients, by being accountable for gTech service delivery, product aligned growth plans, and enabling Sales objectives. gTech Engagement Managers serve as a unified services partner who design and orchestrate gTech end-to-end services, and represent gTech Ads to sellers and client executives. gTech Ads is a team of thought leaders, addressing our clients’ complex business challenges, and program managers, designing plans and gathering resources to help accomplish our ambition for excellent end-to-end experience. The Engagement Manager plays a complementary role to sellers, through their technical, media and product skills.
