What you'll do:

Provide compassionate care and support to hospice patients Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care Provide comfort and companionship to patients and families Assist with care needs appropriate to your role and qualifications Document patient care accurately Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient privacy Work closely with our interdisciplinary hospice team Help patients remain comfortable, safe, and cared for in the setting they call home
