Office Engineer page is loaded## Office Engineerlocations: Empire State Building, New York, New Yorktime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR5362**STV is seeking a Construction Engineering Office Engineering Specialist for our Transportation department based in our New York, NY office**.**Responsibilities:*** Ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and regulatory requirements through review and verification of contractor submissions.* Manage and maintain project documentation, including RFIs/RFCs, submittals, daily reports, and change orders.* Coordinate and review material sampling and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards, track material certifications and test results.* Assist in coordinating project schedules, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate records of construction activities.* Support field inspection teams by providing technical guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.* Communicate effectively with agency representatives, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to facilitate project success.**Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 of years of experience in construction engineering and inspection* MTA C&D regarding sequence of field and/or construction activities* Familiarity with CE&I processes, contract administration, and construction documentation.* Proficiency in Bluebeam Revit, PMIS, Primavera P6, Procore* MTA NYC Track Safety Certification* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site as needed.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Prior NY CE&I experience* OSHA 30 Hour Construction TrainingCompensation Range:$86,464.77 - $98,816.88**STV offers the following benefits** • Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) • Disability insurance • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment • 401(k) Plan • Retirement Counseling • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Time Off (starting at 16 days) • Paid Holidays (9 days) • Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) • Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) • Continuing Education Program • Professional Licensure and Society MembershipsSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
