Project Manager- Division 7

Job Title: Self-Perform Project Manager – Division 7 DPR Construction is seeking a project manager with a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience in healthcare, higher education, advanced technology, life sciences, and commercial markets. Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day execution, project controls, engineering, cost, risk, and business management of assigned projects. Manage self‑perform projects and project team (senior project engineers, project engineers, superintendents, field office coordinator). Mentor, develop, and train project engineers. Maintain detailed hands‑on knowledge of project scope. Control costs, billing, collections, change management, cash flows, and prepare monthly status reports. Act as key point of contact with owner and architect, challenging and supporting on‑site and self‑perform work teams. Accountable for project completion, financial results, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate planning and scheduling execution. Qualifications Excellent listening and communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues and support team morale. Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems. Complete knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting. Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software (Prolog or similar), accounting/CM software (CMIC or similar), scheduling software (Primavera or similar). 5+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably in DPR core markets. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field. Strong work ethic and “can‑do” attitude. Position: Salaried. Anticipated starting pay range: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00.
