General Manager Responsibilities
General Managers are responsible for:
- Ensuring the restaurant is staffed with qualified candidates
- Ensuring an effective work schedule made to build sales
- Ensuring all required training is completed.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolve all complaints. Making sure every customer leaves happy.
- Keeping a high level of operational standards.
- Keeping a safe work environment and food is prepared safely.
- Managing daily operations of the restaurant.
- Managing inventory and purchasing.
- Managing restaurant financials and budget.
- Following all company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a positive and enthusiastic work environment for all employees.
