Responsibilities Conduct screenings and assessments under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to identify students with speech and language concerns. Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to address munication disorders and support students' educational goals. Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on articulation, language prehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' munication goals within the school environment. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in munication Sciences and Disorders or related field. pletion of a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) program accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). State licensure or certification as an SLPA, or eligibility for licensure. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
