CNA - LTC

CNA (Nurse Aide) Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through the use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing. Follows departmental policies and procedures and standards of nursing practice. Skilled in the use of a PC and applicable software, peripheral equipment, and appropriate clinical databases. Required skills include a minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care experience. Must hold a current RN License in Alaska and BLS certification. This position requires working the night shift from 6 PM to 6:30 AM. There is no floating required for this role. The dress code includes wearing scrubs. The nurse to patient ratio for days is 1 to 18 and for nights is 1 to 25. General and Planetree orientation is required.
