Project Manager III

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to support the Terminal 5 Renovation and Reconstruction Program at LAX. This role leads major design and construction activities, managing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder coordination. It’s an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile airport capital improvement project.
Salary Range: $205K-$220K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the owner’s representative and primary liaison for assigned projects
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality throughout design and construction
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, stakeholders, and airport operations teams
- Oversee procurement processes and manage project contracts
- Lead design reviews, construction coordination, and commissioning activities
- Monitor progress, risks, and change orders to keep projects on track
- Prepare executive reports, KPIs, and monthly risk summaries
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and LAWA standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 15+ years of experience managing large construction projects
- Experience with projects valued at $100 million or more
- Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience across design and construction project lifecycles
Preferred:
- Airport or major transportation infrastructure experience
- Master’s degree or professional certifications (PE, PMP, LEED, etc.)
- Experience with PM systems such as PMWeb and Bluebeam
