- Prep paper medical record charts for scanning.
- Scan paper medical records.
- Perform quality checks on scanned records.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience working with scanning equipment.
- Experience with electronic health records.
- Experience with Cerner/Oracle Health EHR.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
- Quality control experience.
