You will analyze investment thesis including extensive financial modeling. You will conduct sensitivity analysis as well as assess and determine market growth. You will evaluate the competitive landscape to forecast the future state of assets and markets. You will work with client portfolio companies/investments on strategic and operational topics to enable growth and transformation as well as ensure value creation and accretion. You will mobilize content, create materials, and develop perspectives on specific contextual topics with practice leadership and aid in building the knowledge of the domain. Your Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's or master's degree 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking or private equity; healthcare experience is preferred Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and working across multiple groups and stakeholders Highly analytical with knowledge of business growth strategy Extensive financial modeling skills Experience working with Excel Comfortable operating without a roadmap to achieve results and objectives; ability to drive initiatives Adept at managing key stakeholders (client and internal) Passion for developing strong client relationships and partnering with various teams throughout the firm Entrepreneurial and collaborative nature Comfortable with traveling ~50% Strong interpersonal and communication skills; clear and concise writing skills Please review the additional requirements regarding essential job functions of McKinsey colleagues. Salary range: $125,000 - $130,000 USD gross per year. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest for this role at the time of this posting. Factors such as location, experience, and performance may affect compensation.
