Salary: $78,000 - $82,000

What You'll Do:

Clinical Leadership

Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments and functional analyses.

Conduct regular clinical reviews and data analysis to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, program directors, and the Clinical Director to ensure cohesive, effective treatment.

Provide high-quality, trauma-informed clinical oversight.

Operational Oversight

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and HIPAA requirements.

Partner with administrative staff on scheduling, resource allocation, and operational needs.

Professional Development

Stay current with research and best practices through conferences and ongoing training.

Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Current BCBA certification
• Significant experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with families, staff, and other professionals
