Interventional Radiology Technologist - Germantown, Tennessee

Embark on an engaging Imaging adventure as an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist delivering vital patient care in a collaborative environment. This contract position spans 13 weeks and offers the opportunity to strengthen your expertise and make a difference in a dynamic healthcare team.


Schedule:

• Primary shift: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Flexibility required; five shifts may be needed depending on staffing
• Hours per week: 36-40
• Start time: 7:00 AM
• On-call: 7 days within a 5-week period, including one Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Weekend coverage only during on-call
• Holiday rotation required if a holiday occurs during assignment

Qualifications:

• Active ARRT certification is required
• Current BLS certification
• At least 2 years of IR experience, including both peripheral and neuro-interventional procedures
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality interventional imaging procedures in alignment with physician orders
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout each procedure
• Operate and maintain complex imaging equipment efficiently
• Collaborate with radiologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Respond effectively to on-call and emergent cases as scheduled
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation following regulatory guidelines
