Work Environment

This position is designed to be remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide therapy in a comfortable setting while still being a key part of our supportive team. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and resources for effective treatment planning.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and interventions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessments, employing safety planning strategies to protect client welfare.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to encourage shared experiences and foster community among clients.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
