Occupational Therapist - Inpatient

Work Schedule 100% FTE, Monday - Friday variable hrs 6am-4:30pm, one weekend day every 4 weeks with a flex day during that work week, one assigned holiday/yr. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St. Job Description You may be eligible for up to $15,000 sign on bonus. Required Work Experience Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs. Required Licenses & Certifications Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required CPR certification.
