Farmers Insurance Eugene District Office in Eugene, Oregon, is looking for a dedicated, driven individual to join our growing team as a Full-Time Sales Representative . If you are determined and have amazing relationship-building skills, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential .
No previous experience? No problem!

Sales Training
Responsibilities- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
- Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Career minded vision.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. (We can help you get this!)
