Overview Sentara Albemarle Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Coordinator for the Emergency Department (ED). Hours/Shift: 36 hours, Nights. Work Shift: Third (Nights). Location: Elizabeth City, NC. Responsibilities RN Unit Coordinators demonstrate proficiency in nursing practice for an assigned specialty area and provide clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in the department. Under the direction of the department manager, they lead safety and quality initiatives, simplify workflow, contribute to staff development, increase staff satisfaction, and promote excellent customer service.
