Position: Direct Support Professional

Location: Concord, NH (On-Site)

Pay Rate: $20/hour (based on experience)

Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire (40 hours/week)

Available Shifts (Multiple Openings):

• 1st Shift / Days
• 2nd Shift / Evenings
• 3rd Shift / Overnights
• Weekend Coverage (various schedules)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centered support to individuals, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments and activities.
• Follow individualized support plans and house guidelines to promote independence and well-being.
• Document services provided accurately and report any incidents or changes in residents' conditions promptly.
• Support positive behavior interventions as trained, ensuring a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site consistently.
• Experience in caregiving, residential care, or supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Ability to pass background checks and onboarding requirements.
