Operations Coordinator

McAllen, TX | Full-time | On-site

A busy team runs better when schedules, requests, and outstanding tasks have a clear owner. As an Operations Coordinator, you will help colleagues in McAllen keep track of daily work and resolve practical issues before they slow things down.

Spanish-speaking and bilingual applicants are welcome. Spanish and English are helpful, but not required.

• Update work schedules, task lists, and routine activity trackers.

• Check that colleagues have the information needed to complete their work.

• Follow up on missing details and flag changes that affect the day’s plan.

• Keep records, forms, and shared documents organized.

• Respond to routine questions and direct more complex issues to the right person.

• Note recurring problems and help the team improve its processes.

You do not need to have held this exact title before. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized when priorities change, and takes responsibility for finishing what they start. Experience in administration, logistics, hospitality, retail operations, or team coordination may be useful.
