Birch Agency is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based opportunity in Wayne, Michigan for the 20262027 school year . Join a collaborative educational team and help students build the communication skills they need to succeed academically and socially.

Starting pay: $50/hour + benefits
School-based setting
Qualifications:
Active Michigan Speech Language Pathologist license required
School-based experience preferred
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred where applicable
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Provide direct speech-language services to students
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
Track student progress and support educational outcomes
