Lead Teacher Qualifications
Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
45-hour Child Growth & Development certification
45-hour Preschool Curriculum certification (for Preschool Teachers)
45-hour Infant/Toddler certification (for Infant/Toddler Teachers)
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a licensed childcare center or 30 college credits
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning practices
Commitment to continuous professional growth
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Part-Time: Minimum of 3 hours per day

Monday through Friday
7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
