What You'll Be Doing:
- Complete functional assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, and safety
- Communicate progress and recommendations with the interdisciplinary team and families
- Collaborate with COTAs and Rehab Aides to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Foster a positive, resident-centered rehab environment

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Oregon OT license (or eligibility)
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferredbut not required
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
- Note: All employees of Cascadia Healthcare are required to submit and be cleared to work in the facility per each state's specific background check requirements prior to contact with patients/residents.
