Job Title: CVOR Tech
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Type: Contract | 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM | 4x10 Hours

Pay Rate: $50 - $55/hour

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a CVOR Tech for an exciting Travel job in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for cardiovascular procedures.
• Assist surgeons during cardiac surgeries.
• Maintain a sterile field throughout surgical procedures.
• Handle surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure patient safety and quality care during operative procedures.
• Verify availability and proper functioning of surgical equipment.
• Support the surgical team during complex cardiovascular procedures.
• Follow infection control and operating room safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience.
• Open heart surgery experience required.
• BLS Certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
• Experience working in high-volume cardiovascular operating rooms.
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and instrumentation.
