Bariatric Registered Nurse

Hartford Healthcare seeks a Bariatric Registered Nurse to join our Uncasville team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing bariatric evaluation, surgery, and follow-up. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, pre- and post-operative education, and coordination with surgeons, dietitians, and behavioral health providers. You will monitor patient progress, reinforce lifestyle changes, document care accurately, and support quality and safety initiatives.
