ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a team of four. I've been with State Farm for 33 years, with experience in homeowners claims and agency resources before becoming an agent. State Farm is a family tradition - I'm the seventh State Farm agent in my family. I'm a Mercer University graduate, have been married for 28 years, and am the proud father of twins and triplets.

Giving back to the community is an important part of our agency. We sponsor three local high schools, recognize a weekly high school football player, support the Midwest Food Bank, and I'm proud to serve on the board of the Real Life Center, a local nonprofit.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Clay Van Meter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
