The Role: Assistant Store Manager

We're looking for a results-driven, client-centric Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team. This role is instrumental in driving sales, developing team talent, and ensuring operational excellence while bringing REEDS' values to life on the sales floor. Sales Leadership

• Partner with the Store Manager to exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Be a sales leader and mentor on the floor, leading by example.

Client Experience

• Deliver and coach exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
