Veteran Outreach & Housing Triage Specialist
New England Center and Home for Veterans
A non-profit organization supporting veterans is seeking an Outreach and Triage Specialist to screen and support Veteran families facing homelessness in Boston and surrounding areas. This full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and outreach experience.
