Job Description Job Description Immediate Need: Skilled Physical Therapists (PT) - Maryland Area Hiring on behalf of a client seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist to support patients throughout the Maryland Area . Location: Maryland Area Employment Type: Part-Time & Contract Opportunities Available (1099) Responsibilities: The Physical Therapist will provide skilled physical therapy services, including but not limited to: * Physical Therapy Evaluations * Reassessments * Skilled Physical Therapy Treatment Visits * Gait and Balance Training * Functional Mobility and Transfer Training * Therapeutic Exercise Programs * Neuromuscular Re-education * Fall Prevention and Home Safety Education * Patient and Caregiver Education * Development and Implementation of Individualized Treatment Plans * Documentation and Care Coordination * Compliance with Physician Orders, Regulatory Requirements, and Agency Policies Qualifications: * Active License in applicable jurisdiction(s) * Graduate of an accredited program * Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams * Home health experience preferred but not required What We're Looking For We are seeking professionals who: * Demonstrate exceptional patient care and clinical judgment * Maintain accurate and timely documentation * Are committed to helping patients improve mobility, independence, and quality of life * Thrive in a patient-centered healthcare environment Work Location: In person
