Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Fills out various forms for scheduling purposesAssess area for cleanliness prior to event/clean up and messes prior to doorsHelps in maintaining a clear walkway for patronsEfficiently and courteously distributes information & provides guidance concerning seating and eventsEscorts guest to their sections/seats, frequently when the venue is dark.Distributes information concerning coming attractionsProactively approaches guests that may have a question, difficulty, or complaintMonitors events and event spaces to watch for potential issues and to ensure the safety of all guestsNotifies operations staff for assistance when the need arisesEnthusiastically greets in a friendly positive manner with the public and all levels of management and fellow employeesLight cleaning of trash and chair removal duties after some eventsWorks independently or within groupsAble to judge and assess situations for immediate appropriate response including alerting staff or emergency personnelDress according to Dow Event Center/Jolt Credit Union Event Park Dress Code PolicyKnow & enforce Dow Event Center/Jolt Credit Union Event Park Policies and ProceduresAbility to complete an incident form if neededAvailability to work a minimum of 2 day/events per monthAbility to stand and walk for long periods of time, including up and down stairs.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position does not have supervisory responsibilitiesQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
