Floor Installer

Job Description

The Floor Installer will support commercial interior projects, with a primary focus on epoxy flooring and concrete floor preparation. This role performs surface preparation, material installation, finishing, and cleanup while following project requirements and maintaining quality standards. The installer must be comfortable wearing a respirator.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces and subfloors for flooring installation, including concrete floor preparation.
Measure, cut, and install flooring materials, including epoxy systems.
Apply adhesives and other installation materials according to project requirements.
Finish seams, install trim, and align patterns for a clean, consistent result.
Perform quality inspections throughout the installation process.
Maintain a clean and organized work site.
Wear a respirator as required for project tasks and work conditions.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in floor installation.
Knowledge of flooring installation and subfloor preparation.
Experience with material measurement, power tools, and adhesive application.
Ability to read blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience with epoxy installation and concrete floor preparation.
