We’re driven by our Group purpose, to power people and possibilities. What you’ll do You’ll support IQEQ client leads across multiple Private Equity funds in diverse industries. You’ll collaborate with your manager, team, and support functions to meet client expectations and deliverables on time. You’ll apply your understanding of limited partnership agreements to financial reporting, allocations, and compliance. You’ll prepare and review key financial tasks, including journal entries, fee and interest calculations, investor notices, and waterfall models. You’ll manage audits, year-end processes, assist with onboarding new team members, and suggest improvements for operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least a 3.0 GPA, and over 3 years of experience in Private Equity or a related industry. Strong accounting knowledge and advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and preferably Investran. Excellent client service skills with effective, professional communication in all interactions. Collaborative team player who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
