OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Port Penn, DE by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Run long-haul dry van freight based in Port Penn, DE for HMD Trucking. This OTR solo opportunity starts at 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles and includes performance bonuses. Drivers operate late-model tractors (under three years) with APUs, inverters and sleepers, backed by reliable in-house maintenance and consistent home time every two weeks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely operate tractor-trailers on interstate routes and deliver freight on schedule.
- Complete thorough pre/post-trip inspections and accurate driver logs.
- Work with dispatch and customers to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months of verifiable driving experience.
